The initial meeting is at no cost to you. This is where we will generally spend about an hour and a half getting to know each other. We ask a lot of questions to get a deep and meaningful understanding of your situation, what’s important to you, what you are trying to achieve and what concerns you have.
We will then gather the appropriate information from you that will allow us to do some research (once again at no cost to you) to allow us to form a deeper understanding of your situation.
-
After the initial meeting, we will go away, do some initial research and put together our Terms of Engagement. This document will be presented at our second meeting and will identify where advice is needed and the process for implementing and maintaining our services. We will explain this document in detail and answer any questions you may have at this time. This meeting generally takes up to an hour
At the end of the second meeting you will be asked to make a decision about proceeding with our services.
-
At this meeting we will present your Financial Plan to you (called a Statement of Advice). We will thoroughly go through with you all recommendations, the reasons for those recommendations, how these recommendations will help you achieve YOUR values, YOUR hopes, YOUR dreams, how those recommendations will help YOU live the life YOU really want to live.
-
The implementation involves us completing all relevant paperwork and liaising with the appropriate organisations to fully implement all recommendations contained in YOUR Statement of Advice.
-
This meeting is about making sure you are not only happy with what we have been able to achieve together up to this point, but genuinely excited about what the future holds for you due to the new financial strategies that have now been put in place for you. We will go through any final questions you may have and help you register to gain online access to the financial products that have been implemented for you as part of your Financial Plan.

After creating and implementing a new financial strategy, it is imperative that your financial situation is monitored on a regular basis to make sure you continue on the path to achieving everything you set out to achieve. There are so many moving parts involved in a strategic Financial Plan that it must be maintained.
Throughout the course of each year, we will keep you updated and track your progress towards reaching your goals. We also conduct a detailed annual review of your overall financial situation to make sure your that you financial strategy remains up to date and in line with your goals.
Please don’t underestimate how important this is. After analysing your financial situation every 12 months, the outcome could be as simple as making no changes, or it could be as in depth as re-structuring everything entirely.
